Kelly Harlow has worked with us to help meet our granddaughter, L.'s needs for 8 years now. First, she was L.'s ESE teacher in elementary school and then became her advocate as she moved through middle school and into high school. Working with Kelly Harlow has relieved a lot of our stress and worry in each step of the TIEP process. Kelly Harlow has always made sure that our granddaughter, L. is comfortable in her academic setting so she can be successful. Mrs. Harlow has assisted with all meetings and helped the TIEP team see and understand L.'s needs. She has gathered materials and resources about brain injured children for us to share with L.'s teachers so she can get all the accommodations she needs everyday. Mrs. Harlow holds the whole TIEP team to a very high standard to provide every bit of support that L. needs in her classes. Mrs. Harlow has gone above and beyond for us and for L.
